Our test drive meme is open to everyone, so please stop by for a little fun and see if you’d enjoy playing with us. The TDM primarily takes place in Gildenhirst, the main hub city for Bravely Borrows. The surrounding area of Caldisla is free game though! Please explore the setting as you desire.

A big part of Bravely Borrows is getting your very own job class! While all characters start the game as a Freelancer and receive a random job asterisk later on, for the sake of testing you may choose from the following job classes to mess around with:

Eggs Aplenty
Oh no. Oh dear. There has been a horrible series of mistakes surrounding ChantiLilly’s egg delivery. For one thing, it was delivered to the Central Market on the Ground Floor! For another thing, there are far too many eggs here. Dozens upon dozens upon dozens of eggs. The bakery’s Patissiere would be grateful if you could help bring these eggs up to his bakery in Rooftop Gardens. You’ll get some gold and some fresh eggs for your troubles.
This Bunny’s Buggin Me
A farmer from Norende is going batty over the swarm of bunnies that have been getting into his fields. Help a fella out, won’t ya? They are swarming en masse and ruining the spring start ups! Don’t expect to be able to herd them out without a fight though– these rabbies really pack a punch! They’re also carnivorous so…. Watch out?
A Rock and a Hard Place
An avid collector is searching for some new specimens. They’ve heard there are some expansive cave systems in the Norende Heights that just might be the perfect spot to collect some geodes. The only problem is that they’re an eensy teensy bit full of kobolds. You’ll be compensated for your troubles if you’d go collect some rocks, and every actual geode will get an extra reward. Please don’t fall off the cliffs…! The paths are narrow and harrowing at times. Good luck!

A fighter jet! Well, only started learning how. I know the basics of operating mechas since I've used them a lot in different jobs I've held while traveling around the galaxy, but flying the skies on a jet's something else.
[ Oh, wait... This place isn't the same as the world he's from, was it?. He gives an awkward laugh when he stops. ]
Ahh, sorry. A fighter jet's a machine that lets you fly at high speeds. I guess it's also meant for fighting enemies... I'm no mechanic so I dunno how else to explain.
[ Hayate does his best trying to explain it while he scratches the back of his head. He's experienced different cultures before but not where no advanced technology exists, so Hayate's not sure if he can explain it clearly. ]
[ He's trying, but Kel can only stare blankly at him as he goes on. Gosh. Where to begin. ]

[ The thought of riding in something like that makes her stomach lurch, but she's perfectly ready to believe it can be done. She shakes her head a little. ]
I thought knowing what you did before would give me some idea of how to help you, but I've only gotten lost myself. Sorry.
Yep, a flying machine! Feels great being up there with the wind. [ While he's saying that Hayate raises a hand up towards the sky, mimicking an airplane flying across it. He looks back at the other when he hears her speak again and gives a smile. ]

I can't imagine what would suit you. [ Kel frowns--that sounded rude. She hadn't meant it in a bad way. ] But then, I've never been the imaginative sort. It seems there's a great variety of these jobs, so you may only need to keep searching. If you do find one of your flying machines here, I'd like to see it.
